For two decades, I've had the privilege of teaching yoga across some of London's best-known studios and in people’s front rooms — guiding hundreds of students through their practice, from their very first downward dog to years of steady growth.
The kind of teaching where I actually get to know you and how your body moves, where you hold your tension, and what you need on any given day.
So I've taken that experience and brought it home — to a public class on Saturday morning, small group sessions and one-to-one classes in Ealing, West London, designed around you rather than a packed timetable.
Whether you're completely new to yoga, returning after time away, or looking to deepen an existing practice, my approach is gentle, unhurried, and rooted in genuine attention. Just space to breathe, move, and reconnect — with guidance from someone who's spent years learning how to really listen to a body.
I'd love to practise with you.
…and if you see me in the park with Peggy my Beddlington Whippet please say hello..she and I are very friendly!
